What is Sodium Bicarbonate?

Our premium grade, economically priced Sodium bicarbonate is 100% natural and harvested from a natural deposit in the USA. It is aluminium-free, USP & food grade baking soda, and is registered with Australian Certified Organic (ACO) as an Approved Ingredient suitable for Organic Input Production for food formulations and for manufacturing organic cosmetic products.

Our Bicarb contains no fillers, additives, anti-cake agents, colouring or fragrance. It’s non-GMO, fumigation-free, allergen-free and is not tested on animals. Our Soda is a safe soda and THE very best Sodium Bicarbonate in Australia.

Enjoy a refreshing and relaxing Bicarb bath
Sodium Bicarb (baking soda) soothes, relaxes, softens skin and even deodorises. For a pampering and revitalizing bath soak or for relieving tension after a hard day, dissolving 2 cups of Sodium Bicarbonate and soaking for 15 minutes can make you feel so refreshed!

For natural wellbeing
Bicarb can be used as a deodorant, as relief from itchy skin and sunburn, for splinter removal, as a toothpaste and tooth whitener, and more.

In the laundry
Sodium Bicarb added to the rinse cycle of your wash boosts the strength of laundry detergents, making your clothes cleaner, brighter and fresher.

As a natural cleaner
Sodium Bicarb is a mild abrasive, perfect for removing stains from your sink, fridge, stove top, bench tops, dishwasher, bathroom tiles, bathtub and shower recess, and more.

As a deodoriser
Sodium Bicarb actually eliminates odours rather than covering them up. Use it to eliminate odours from smelly shoes (sprinkle Bicarb inside shoes in evening and shake it out in the morning), sprinkle on your carpet before vacuuming to eliminate food and pet odours and any stale smell. Use it in your bin, fridge and pantry to keep them smelling fresh. Run your dishwasher and washing machine through a cycle with Bicarb instead of detergent to give them a great clean and reduce odours.

Unclog drains
Pour 4 tablespoons of Bicarb down your drains and flush with hot water. Do this weekly to keep them free-flowing.

Cooking: naturally, since our Bicarb of Soda is Food Grade, it can be used for any cooking application. Use it confidently in baking breads, scones, cakes, or any recipe that requires Baking Soda.**
